Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Tax Accountant with expertise in in-store tax preparation.
• Familiarity with federal and state tax codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and filing services for individuals and small businesses using Intuit tools.
• Review financial documents, identify deductions and credits, and ensure compliance with current tax laws.
• Advise clients on tax strategies, planning opportunities, and potential impacts of life events.
• Verify accuracy of returns, resolve discrepancies, and respond to basic IRS or state tax notices.
• Maintain detailed, secure client records in Intuit systems while protecting sensitive data.
• Collaborate with in-store and remote Intuit teams to improve client experiences and share best practices.
• Educate clients on Intuit products such as Turbo
• Tax Pro.
• Tax and related financial solutions
• Stay current on federal and state tax regulations through ongoing training and certification renewals
