URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Stylist at our Santa Rosa location to deliver a genuine, brand-led shopping experience for Free People customers.

You will drive sales on the floor, share product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates while upholding visual and operational standards and supporting shipments and store safety.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Qualifications

• Love for the FP brand.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values; drives the store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace.
• Initiates conversation, shares advice and product knowledge to interact with the customer in a personalized, genuine way.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Maintains FP's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product and what's new or reship.
