Anthropologie in Corte Madera is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales by delivering a genuine, personalized customer experience on the sales floor. You will engage customers, share product suggestions, and assist with omni-channel orders to enhance in-store shopping.

Ideal candidates are strong team players with customer service experience and are flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting store performance and delivering the Anthropologie brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued; supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions; provides a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
