You will meet personal sales goals, participate in inventory tasks, process transactions with a POS, and uphold store standards. Availability nights and weekends is required; must be 18+ and ready to contribute to a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
• Stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify needs, and suggest merchandise with styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep shelves stocked and displays visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns per policy.
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving shipments and counts.
