The role requires strong product knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to process transactions and handle inventory tasks. Availability for nights and weekends is needed to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering world-class guest service.
• Ability to meet personal sales goals and upsell/cross-sell.
• Strong knowledge of merchandise features, benefits and pricing.

• Assist guests with finding merchandise and provide styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to meet store standards and guest experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and keep shelves stocked and attractive.
• Process transactions accurately using POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments and inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Process returns/exchanges per policy and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled and be flexible for business needs.
