LOFT, operated by KnitWell Group, is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 1397-Eastern Shore Towne Center-ANN-Spanish Fort, AL 36527. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and keeping the floor organized for an inviting shopping experience.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service, drive loyalty through product knowledge, and maintain visual standards while using available tools to support omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
