Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Mansfield, TX to support merchandising needs, stock shelves, and build displays for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and more. You will visit stores, take display photos, place orders via iPad, ensure in-stock conditions, and implement Mondelēz guidelines while collaborating with sales reps and store managers.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a driver’s license, can lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally),

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lb pushes/pulls.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Mansfield, TX; secondary location Arlington, TX.
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun; start by 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Order product via iPad to maintain stock levels on shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat in-store presence while representing Mondelēz.
