Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management
• Maintain safety and handle physical duties as required
