Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English proficiency to prepare and shop orders.

Responsibilities

• Fulfils online orders efficiently, accurately and with urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through verification and quality control.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate clearly.
• Attend meetings and daily huddles; support various programs and checkout options.
• Maintain safety and store security protocols; follow company policies.
