Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking an In Store Shopper (Drive Up & Go Clerk) to select high-quality groceries for online orders in a busy store. You will move across departments to pick items, check quality, and ensure substitutions align with customer needs.

You’ll also bag items, organize orders for pickup or delivery, and coordinate handoffs to customers while maintaining speed and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail required for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items for online orders and ensure accuracy in substitutions.
• Keep orders organized and ready for pickup, packing and preparing for delivery or pickup.
• Bag items carefully and coordinate handoff to customers.
• Move throughout the store to pick items and manage multiple orders with speed and accuracy.
