Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling at retail locations. You will connect shoppers with new products and create positive shopping experiences.

No prior experience required as we provide training and team support. Part-time role offering a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
