Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales & Training Specialist to represent our premium in-home food recycling brand in hardware and DIY stores in New York. You will drive product awareness, train retail teams, and boost sales through live demos and merchandising across assigned locations.

The 12-week program runs from early November with training sessions and a weekend schedule (Black Friday availability).

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Passion for technology and tech solutions for at home environmental protection.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.
• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Experience in in-home environmental initiatives is a plus.
• Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Promote premium in-home food recycling through live demos and customer engagement.
• Ensure competitive shelf placement of client products and help maintain adequate on-site stock.
• Deliver impactful product training to retail staff, emphasizing competitive advantages and unique features.
• Distribute product information to generate interest and support sales conversion.
• Build strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to foster product advocacy and collaboration.
• Drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory – with a focus on both on-site sales and passive sales generated through store training.
