Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter in Destin, FL. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and help shoppers find items while maintaining shelves and signage.

You’ll promote programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, delivering friendly, informed assistance throughout shifts. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, floor moves, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand/walk constantly and assist customers with focus and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information and direction.
• Demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Replenish and stock merchandise on shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage and promote programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Handle all duties as assigned.
