Job summary

American Home Design is hiring both part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Maryville area team. You will work inside Home Depot locations, promoting a free water test and booking appointments with homeowners.

The role offers paid training, a lucrative base plus bonuses, weekly pay, and potential for full-time employment with benefits, including health insurance. Prior customer-facing experience is welcome; you must be energetic, reliable, and comfortable speaking

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background preferred (retail, servers, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to work weekends and move around a Home Depot store for a 4-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in conversation using a script to generate interest.
• Call the center to confirm and schedule appointment times on the spot.
• Follow the script and use provided technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations.

Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities
