ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Sales Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with earning potential of $20-$30 per hour on average. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules in Darien and surrounding areas.

You will act as a Brand-Ambassador, explaining service options, generating leads, and scheduling in-home consultations. Weekend availability required; training provided; benefits after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser
