ARS-Rescue Rooter in Alexandria, VA seeks an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to engage with shoppers and introduce ARS home comfort solutions. You will generate leads, set appointments, and act as a brand ambassador while delivering a high-energy sales experience.

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations; enter customer information and book appointments.
