Job summary

Renuity is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Specialist in Springfield, PA to promote premium home improvement products at in-store events and demonstrations. You will deliver engaging sales presentations and participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills.

This role offers uncapped earnings with a structured training program and strong potential for advancement. Base pay starts at $18/hr with commission and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role is welcomed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs.
• A self-starter attitude and drive to exceed goals.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others.
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed.
• Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renuity by promoting our high-quality products and services to prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events.
• Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations highlighting our premium products and installation services.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen product knowledge.
