The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty service and expert product knowledge. You will support visual merchandising, educate customers, and help run in-store events to elevate the shopping experience.

This freelance role through Randstad Sourceright will be staffed at Estee Lauder retail locations, offering growth opportunities and competitive remuneration in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
