Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Customer Service Representative to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and process orders both over the phone and in person. Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

The role requires accurate arithmetic, strong communication, and the ability to enter orders via computer or touch screen. Daily tasks include inventory, paperwork, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from storage and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility on a daily basis.
