Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves, and manage inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Growth opportunities exist within a large retail-services network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train team members.
• Comfort interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs (build displays/end caps, shelf resets, inventory tracking).
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
