Qualifications

• 18+ years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to train and lead others
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with action-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
• Build displays and end caps, rotate products
• Reset shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
