Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a part-time merchandiser to join our field team in local communities. You will place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel across thousands of stores to maximize sales.

The role offers daytime hours, 12-15 hours per week, paid training, mileage and travel time reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. Ideal candidates are self-starters who adapt quickly, stay organized, and communicate well.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who learns quickly and works independently or in a team setting.
• Comfortable in changing environments and able to adapt to different stores.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing 3-8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending/twisting).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with store partners.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets; building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
