Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey team in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking shelves to maximize sales opportunities. You’ll engage shoppers with a friendly, energetic approach and help ensure store layouts are inviting and organized.

No prior experience required as we provide training and team support. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to attract shopper attention.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to keep stock fresh and compliant.
