Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers in Oceanside, CA. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. This role offers growth opportunities and potential for additional hours, with benefits available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physically able to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain safety-first attitude in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
