Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to provide in-store merchandising support across retailers, including building displays, end caps, and shelf resets. You will monitor inventory to help maximize sales opportunities and visit multiple stores weekly.

We welcome motivated candidates who are 18 or older, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Training is provided; opportunities for growth and a customizable benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 74 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to visit multiple stores within a week.
• Excellent communication with team, store staff, and customers.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize store and supplier sales opportunities.
• Visit multiple stores within a week as required.
• Interact with customers and store staff to meet shopper needs.
