Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in Marion, IA. You will ensure client brands stand out at Walmart by driving product availability and representing Acosta in assigned stores.

Starting between 6am and 9am, full-time roles require at least 5 days a week (Friday included). Use a company mobile device to complete tasks and photo-report your work to managers. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Access to reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work Sundays through Saturdays; 5 days a week for full-time (Friday required).

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in backrooms and stock products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to stores.
• Tell and show customer-facing displays via mobile device and apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta Group in Walmart stores and partner with store management.
• Communicate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text to report progress.
