Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and maintain signage, planogram integrity, and safety.

The role requires 18+ years old, with high school diploma preferred, and availability for varied shifts. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are assets for success.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using GURA.
