Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You’ll interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and maintaining signage accuracy and planogram integrity.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• GURA customer service approach should be used in stores.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate progress with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and store price changes accurately.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• In-store customer service with legendary care.
