Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a merchandiser to support retail partners in-store. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.

Applicants must be 18+, comfortable with customer interactions, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to travel to the work location. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible additional hours.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work: move, bend, stand, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, with successful team-building skills.
• Ability to maintain safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
