Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a motivated team member to assist with in-store merchandising, display setup, and shelf resets. You will help optimize product presentation and ensure shelves are current and well-stocked.

You will interact with customers and store staff in a friendly, energetic manner and perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs. No prior experience required; training provided; transportation to work is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role and friendly, enthusiastic interaction with shoppers.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps and resetting shelves.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Assist with local merchandising projects and planogram execution as needed.
