Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. The role centers on owning start-to-finish merchandising tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting fixtures and PDQ assembly and maintaining signage accuracy.

You will engage with customers and team members to deliver legendary customer service, following the GURA framework, and participate in store layout initiatives, safety, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
