Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks an in-store merchandising associate in Albany, OR. You will help retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. A smartphone will be used to record daily activities and shifts.

The role includes training, opportunities for growth, and the possibility of additional hours. You’ll support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support: build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
