Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Essex Junction, Vermont. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with opportunities for growth and internal advancement. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.
• Can use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
