Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Snohomish, WA. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; strong customer service and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years merchandising experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation to work location
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Retail environment safety-minded

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to maximize product visibility
• Reset shelves with product rotation and manage stock levels
• Track inventory to optimize store sales opportunities
