Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate in the United States (New Jersey region). You will help ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays, create eye-catching product displays, and support store operations with merchandising projects.

The role offers a set weekday schedule, health insurance options, tuition assistance, a 401(k) match and Employee Stock Purchase Program, plus a 10% associate discount and the Track to the Trades program.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prepare for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Confirm pricing visibility and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
