Advantage Solutions in the United States is hiring for an in-store merchandising assistant. You will support Retailers by building displays, end caps, and rotating stock to keep shelves fresh and appealing. This role emphasizes hands-on merchandising across assigned stores with friendly team support.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to travel locally within your territory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work; no prior experience required as training is provided.
• Able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for local travel.
• Willing to independently travel within assigned territory.
• Must be able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
