Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is looking for an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and execute planograms. You will build displays, set up end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. Growth opportunities exist within a larger Advantage Solutions network, with a focus on safe, friendly customer interactions and reliable schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also contribute to a team with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams and management as needed.
