Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Maple Grove, MN seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser to support in-store execution, ensure consistent stock and rotate products to brand standards across accounts. The role involves regular lifting, loading, pushing, and repetitive bending to service customers professionally and maximize product visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a valid US driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications

A valid US Driver’s License.
Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience merchandising is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock and proper rotation.
Rotate products from back stock to shelves and displays, reviewing code dates at every visit.
Pull and report damaged, dirty, or expired product for exchange or removal.
Ensure all cold equipment and POS displays are current, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintain organized backstock areas to support stock levels and freshness.
Support in-store execution by building and maintaining displays to maximize visibility and sales.
