Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to support in-store merchandising for retailers and shoppers. You will help build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

This role requires strong customer-facing skills and a proactive, safety-conscious approach. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
