Advantage Solutions is seeking motivated individuals for in-store merchandising roles across multiple stores in North Carolina. You will help build displays, rotate stock, and ensure shelves look appealing to shoppers while collaborating with store staff.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and team support are provided. You must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 74 lbs and visit several stores weekly.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 74 lbs and perform physical duties
• Willing to visit multiple stores within a week
• Strong communication with team, store staff and customers
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities across stores
