Jacent is seeking motivated merchandisers in Pearisburg, VA, to enhance retail experiences through strategic merchandising. This role involves cultivating relationships with store management, executing merchandising resets, and implementing plan-o-grams.

Successful candidates will be self-starters with excellent organizational skills, able to perform physical tasks, and demonstrate strong communication abilities. Competitive hourly rates, daytime hours, and part-time scheduling are offered, with additional benefits including mileage reimbursement and performance incentives.

Formación

• Ability to stand and walk for 3-8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
