Job summary

Mondelēz International in Hayward, CA is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and manage displays. You will build relationships with store teams and shoppers, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are available and properly presented across assigned locations.

The role requires driving to various store locations within the area, lifting up to 25 lbs (with occasional heavier lifting), and adhering to company merchandising

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos to support in-store visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Move products from stock rooms to store shelves.
