Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage shelf displays, stock levels, and promotional layouts across assigned stores in the Dedham area and surrounding towns. You will build relationships with store staff and drive visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and more.

You will travel to multiple locations, stock displays, order products via iPad, and ensure in-stock conditions with Mondelēz guidelines. Experience in retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez visit method.
• Fill Mondelez IMPULSE products at checkouts and in-store locations dedicated to impulse products.
• Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines and inform store staff of issues.
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and visibility actions in store.
• Follow daily route planning to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Optimize seasonal sales and support seasonal campaigns.
• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales reps.
