Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive own vehicle with insurance to multiple locations.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Joliet, IL (Orland Park, IL).
• Open availability Monday–Saturday; Start 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and work with sales reps to optimize visibility.
• Stock shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Place orders via iPad to keep shelves in stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Adhere to merchandising schedule for efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain positive, professional store presence.
