Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising for iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build promotions, and communicate with store staff and sales reps to optimize product visibility and displays.

The role requires driving your own vehicle, flexibility to work four days per week with one weekend day, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• In-store merchandising and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Experience in retail/grocery is a plus.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store staff and optimize visibility of products on shelves and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture photos of displays.
• Order products via iPad for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Maintain Nabisco brands well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in-store.
