Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure in-store execution, stock, rotation, and displays across accounts. The role involves lifting and moving cases, following planograms, and maintaining brand standards with a focus on visibility and availability.

The position requires a valid US driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to lift up to 25 pounds. English proficiency is required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and coolers with full stock and proper rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and review code dates at every visit.
• Identify and remove damaged, dirty, or expired products for exchange.
• Maintain clean backstock areas and ensure shelves meet brand standards.
• Support in-store execution by building and maintaining displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers to address product availability and inventory needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to support in-store execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
