Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate in Center City, PA to build displays, rotate products, and monitor stock levels. You will also support leadership with scheduling, onboarding, and reporting while delivering strong customer service.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and have reliable transportation to work.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
