SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Indiana. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

You’ll support leadership with training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Mansioni

• Provide in-store merchandising support: build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
