Job summary

Tilly's Inc. is hiring an In-Store Merchandiser in Concord, CA. You will drive the customer experience through compelling visual presentation and support the management team in delivering store results.

Ideal candidates are organized, creative, fashion-forward, and able to delegate tasks, problem-solve, and adjust priorities to stay on-brand and efficient in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job description

As an In-Store Merchandiser you will drive the Customer Experience through merchandise presentation. You will support the Management Team in delivering Store results through leadership and the completion of visual and operational functions. You will drive execution by delegating daily tasks, problem-solving and adjusting priorities as needed. Hourly Salary Range: $17.50 - $19.50
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
