Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within an assigned area, ensuring displays meet client standards. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and reporting via mobile app while building relations with store staff.

Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with timely reporting. No experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
